The Honoring our PACT Act finally treats toxic exposure as a cost of war by addressing the full range of issues impacting toxic-exposed veterans including access to earned benefits and healthcare through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
The Camp Lejeune Justice Act is part of the Honoring the PACT Act. The language of the Camp Lejeune Justice Act remains fully intact inside the Honoring our PACT Act Bill.
This means the military, dependents and civilians will finally have an opportunity for restitution from the horrendous exposure to the toxic water at Camp Lejeune.
